One of the best things about WordCamps is of course the people!
WordCamps have a diverse range of WordPress users who all have knowledge in different areas of WordPress. We’ll have themers, developers, copywriters, bloggers and photographers at the WordCamp, so what better way to share that knowledge by setting up a Happiness Bar!
What’s a Happiness Bar?
The “Happiness Bar” is akin to the “Genius Bar” offered by Apple as part of their in-store Tech support services. The bar is a table manned by knowledgeable volunteers in various forms of training and troubleshooting. This has flowed through into many technology conferences, each with their own implementation.
At various stages throughout the WordCamp we’ll have a Happiness Bar running staffed by fellow WordCamp Attendee’s. They’ll be there to solve all your burning WordPress questions. So be sure to make the most of the shared knowledge at the WordCamp Gold Coast Happiness Bar.
Are you a WordPress Genius?
We need some volunteers to offer their time to man the Happiness Bar over the weekend. If you fit into the list above in any capacity and would be willing to spare an hour of your time to man the Happiness Bar then please let us know!
